Hello I am your Soul-POLE instructor what I believe is that all women are beautiful no matter how there body looks.  Soul-POLE business aims to help woman find there power, help them find there strength and reconnect with it. My classes are a place where you can reconnect with you!

You get the chance to move in ways that you may not have done in many years if ever. I promote connection with your own body and the way it moves, acceptance of who you are and how you are.

I also promote health and strength through good nutrition and lots of fun!
